In order to provide better support for your issue, we will need to gather more information before we can proceed. Please provide details requested in the attached checklist. 

  1. Fill the RMA Form (see attachment). Specify  
    • Device Model number
    • Device Serial number
    • Description of the issue.
  2. Attach and upload 
    • Duly filled RMA sheet
    • picture illustrating the problem
    • Video showing the issue.
  3. Submit copy of Proof of Purchase (Invoice copy)
